General terms for PokeKynigi outside Sweden · Last updated 4 October 2026
These terms apply when you use PokeKynigi (pokekynigi.gr) on the web or in our app, in every country where PokeKynigi is offered. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy and, if you subscribe, our Subscription Terms.
PokeKynigi is operated by Alexander Martinovic AB, a private limited company (aktiebolag) registered in Sweden with Bolagsverket (the Swedish Companies Registration Office) under company number 559329-0629, Lövaskog 6, 516 92 Äspered, Sweden ("we", "us"). You can reach us at geia.gr@pokeowl.com.
These are general terms that apply in every market outside Sweden. Nothing in them takes away the rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
PokeKynigi is a price comparison service for Pokémon TCG and other trading card game products. We collect prices and stock information from shops and marketplaces and show them in one place, so you can find the best price and follow the market.
We sell no products ourselves. Every purchase is made with the shop you choose, on that shop's own terms. The shop, not PokeKynigi, is responsible for the product, the price you pay, delivery, returns, warranties and its customer service.
Most of the service is free. PokeKynigi Pro is an optional paid subscription, described on the Pro page and governed by our Subscription Terms in addition to these terms.
PokeKynigi is independent and is not run by any shop. Some links to shops are affiliate or partner links: when you follow one, and in some cases when you then buy, the shop or an affiliate network may pay us a commission. This never changes the price you pay, and it never decides which shop is shown as the cheapest or the order in which shops appear. We are also paid through PokeKynigi Pro subscriptions.
Creating an account is free. Your account is personal: keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used them. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to buy PokeKynigi Pro.
You can delete your account at any time in your account settings. Your watches, favourites and collection are deleted with it. Deleting the account does not by itself cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play: cancel that in the store as well.
You may use PokeKynigi for your own, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the service without owing you anything for it.
Price and stock alerts you set up are part of the service and are sent by email or push notification. How quickly an alert goes out depends on your plan. An alert can arrive late or not at all, for example when a shop changes its website, so please do not rely on an alert alone for a purchase that matters to you.
We send newsletters and offers only if you have opted in, and every email has an unsubscribe link. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The PokeKynigi name, logo, design, text and software, and the way our data is compiled, belong to us or our licensors. Pokémon and the names and images of the other trading card games, their cards and products are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners. PokeKynigi is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any of them, and uses those names only to identify the products compared.
We work to keep PokeKynigi available and correct, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If a change takes away a material part of a paid subscription you have, the Subscription Terms say what you can do.
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to digital services that are not as described or not provided with reasonable care, and nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law that applies to you allows:
You can stop using PokeKynigi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right. If we close your account without good reason while you have a paid subscription, we refund the part of the period you have not used.
We may update these terms, for example when the service or the law changes. We will tell you about a material change in advance, by email if you have an account and on this page, and at least 30 days before it applies to a paid subscription you have. If you do not agree, you can delete your account or cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not take away the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence or in Sweden.
If something is wrong, please contact us first at geia.gr@pokeowl.com; we aim to answer within 14 days. If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK and we cannot settle a cross-border complaint together, the European Consumer Centre in your country (or, in the UK, the UK European Consumer Centre) can advise you for free. We are not currently committed to an alternative dispute resolution procedure, but we will answer any request from one in good faith.
